We are happy to announce that the Annual All Ireland Rosary Rally is scheduled to take place at Knock Shrine on Saturday 1st June 2024. It is an occasion to celebrate with families and friends our belief in the power of prayer.

Father Patrick Peyton, the Rosary Priest, a native of Attymass inspired this annual event. His call was for families to be bound together in love through family prayer with the phrase ‘The Family that Prays Together Stays Together’. The power of prayer can connect us and bring peace in our troubled times. ‘A world at Prayer is a world at peace’.

In line with the vision of the Rosary Priest, the Father Patrick Peyton Memorial Centre was established at Attymass in 1998. Since then, we continue to foster and promote his ministry of prayer and spiritual renewal for families. The Centre is a place that continues to welcome pilgrims, tour groups, families, and youth. Regular renewal programs, family masses, youth retreats, communion and confirmation retreats are held at the Centre throughout the year.

The All-Ireland Rosary Rally is indeed an occasion for families to come together to pray and be inspired. Please encourage the faithful to join us on this prayer-filled occasion at Knock Shrine on Saturday, 1st June 2024. The day will start at 1 pm with a talk by Mother Adela Galindo (Servants of the Pierced Hearts of Jesus and Mary), and the Main Celebrant will be Bishop Phonsie Cullinan, Bishop of Waterford, and Lismore.
